We do not give refunds on our sign up fee.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP SITE

All sales are final after 24 hours of payment. Due to the digital nature of our membership site, and since no items can be returned once you gained access to our hidden membership articles, refunds and exchanges cannot be given after one day (24 hours). If you have any problems or questions, please contact support@seraphicsiren.com and we will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your order.

All the hidden articles and astrological research on this site are FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. You may not copy, redistribute nor resell the articles.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR OUR ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTATION

Our goal is to provide deep insight and clarity through our astrological consultations. Due to the nature of our services, all readings are final and non-refundable once delivered.

However, if you feel that your reading did not meet your expectations, you may request a review or clarification within 7 days of receiving your consultation. I am happy to address any misunderstandings or provide additional insights where necessary.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
The reading was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
There was a significant error (e.g., wrong birth details used).

I deeply value integrity and fairness, and my goal is to offer genuine guidance that brings you clarity and direction.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS FOR APPOINTMETS

Full Refund: If you cancel within 8 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.
Rescheduling: If you cancel after 8 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can reschedule once for free.
No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to time already allocated for your session.
