Moon Conjunct Pluto in the Natal Chart
Those people having Moon conjunct Pluto in the Natal Chart have powerful emotions. They experienced childhood traumas that are buried deep within their subconscious. They have unusual fears and are prone to depression. Some of them have emotional wounds that never heal. They suffer from extreme mood swings, and paranoia. These symptoms differ from other people because of the different patterns of the chart. Some may have bipolar disorder, but it depends on the entire chart.
They experience a sudden outburst of emotions. From being happy, they will become depressed or angry because they remember something unpleasant. They are emotionally unstable, and the Moon’s phase greatly affects to their mood. They can get easily affected by the mood of others. They feel the pain and suffering of other people, and they can relate to it with ease. It is important to surround themselves with jolly, positive and cheerful friends. They also respond to various emotions that they watched on Television or Movies. If they are watching a dramatic scene, they are not afraid to show that they are crying. They are expressive and they want others to understand their feelings. But, it still depends on how mature the person with Moon conjunct Pluto in the Natal Chart. Because, they often have a hard time on how they should properly express their feelings. Instead of showing their love, they may show jealousy and resentment. So, maturity holds a very important key here. Resist the urge to harm someone who has Pluto conjunct Moon in the Natal Chart . Do not inject pain in their lives because they already experienced enough from the past. Moon-Pluto never forgets, holds grudges and unwilling to forgive. Also, they do not do well in accepting criticism. Be easy on them because they are easily hurt. They are quick to counter attack and react with anger in misperceived insults. But, it still depends on the whole chart. This does not have to be like this because Moon-Pluto is very sympathetic. There might be something in the Synastry Chart that activates this attitude. Not all are experiencing this negative trait, because another planet might be influencing the Moon-Pluto aspect in a positive way. Natal Moon conjunct Pluto has two intense traits when it comes to friendship. Its either they really want to be best buds and bond with you right away, or they don’t trust you. They can be overly friendly once you can understand and relate to their intense emotions. They have an intuitive sense whether you can be good for them or not. They like to compare their negative experiences to their present situation. They are suspicious. They constantly think that others will put them in the same trauma they had experienced. They suffer from excessive distrust, and it is also the reason why some of them are unfriendly. It can be difficult for them to work with others with this attitude. But, once they finally trust others everything runs smooth. Again, it still depends on the person’s whole Natal Chart because other planets might influence Moon-Pluto conjunction. For example, if Jupiter is involved the person can be very friendly and generous. If Mercury is involved the person likes to open up about their feelings. If Mars is involved, then the person having Moon conjunct Pluto may have behavioral addictions.

I have them conj, in the 4th with my south node, all in Vigo. The moon had just entered Virgo, & I also have Uranus in Leo , closely aligned. I was adopted at birth, & my adopted mom was a Leo. My birth mom had help from powerful people , who helped her with keeping my adoption a secret, from my father, & there was an eclipse / lunar the day after I was born. It kinda fits me, when I was youger, & I have been hurt by people. I can keep secrets, but I get blamed if someone else doesn’t , so I don’t want to know. I don’t think I was paranoid, & if I was. I might not of been taken advantage of, by some people who ended up having drug problems. I am careful now though. My birthday is today 3/1/61 10:25 am est. I think the eclipse effected my birth father not knowing about me. He was stationed in Tiwan & my birthmom might not of signed papers, until the day after I was born too.
Belated happy birthday to you! Thank you for sharing your experience about Moon conjunct Pluto! I’ sorry about what happened to you. Based on what you told me about your chart, you desire for a perfect family and you are having a strong impulse about it.
I have Moon conjunct Pluto in Scorpio. When I found out about two years ago, before my 28th birthday, I felt a giant sense of relief. And, also of vindication. I knew, I just knew, for my entire life, that there was something going on inside of me that other people don’t go through. I wasn’t a freak anymore. I was just born beneath a Hades Moon… Fast forward to now, a once self righteous Catholic is continuing his studies in astrology and is even delving into numerology, palm reading, crystal healing and Tarot. A major shift in consciousness has occurred. With my Aries North Node in the 8th House, let’s just call it fate…
I have my moon in exact conjunction with pluto in scorpio in the 8th. I have an Aries heavy chart (rising, venus, mars and mercury) with a pisces sun. This moon conj. pluto is what I relate the most in my chart. I feel like it is a very very powerfull tool that can do as much harm as it can do good. Learning to live with it required ressources, energy, a lot of endurance (without all that aries energy, I honestly don’t think I would have made it to 20). I am what some people call an empath. I feel like I can understand the emotional true core of people as well as their motivations so easily but it’s not always as great as it sounds. Right now I’m in my thirthies and I am discovering a lot about this key part of myself. I act like a sponge and take on other people emotions. Sometimes, I don’t really know if what I feel is from me or not. I guess I am lucky to have the true compassionate side of my pisces sun combined with the brave, assertive, and always positive side of my aries stuff. Seeing how deep and strong I live my emotions (or other people emotions, even if they are fictional characters) I can easily understand how hard it might be for people with this placement and no positive/fire energy to help them. I see this like an incredible tool to understand and help people to grow, to heal and to realize their incredible and beautiful potential. I feel like a beacon with the possibility to radiate so much love around me that it can change things. I think people with this placement have great power in hands but also great responsabilities. Thank you for your work 🙂

I too am part of the moon conjuct pluto crew lol. Yea its some deep, heavy, enlightening, empowering stuff to deal with. Im 25, 9th house scorpio moon conjunct 9th house scorpio pluto. I dont know what im more affected by the above, my moon square venus, or my venus square pluto. I do have
7th house venus conjunct 7th house jupiter. Maybe everything ties in and balances all together to help me with my personal and social issues lol
I have Pluto moon in 4th house Scorpio. My mom used to beat me as child because of her frustration from my dad. He was very aggressive, always complaining. After few years mom stopped hitting me completely and apologized to me for doing so. Now she is my soulmate types. I am glad. My dad is still the same person. He is never there for me. I am tough person today because of my past. Very few people are my friends. And they need some density in them to be my friend. I cannot handle lies, betrayal. So I keep away from relationships and love. I wish no one had this conjunction. Because I see happy families and feel sad.
I have moon conjunt in virgo with pluto. Scorpio sun Cap. rising
This is one of the best descriptions I have come across about this aspect. I have the Moon at 2 52 Scorpio in an applying conjunction with Pluto at 4 36 Scorpio in the 8th house using Placidus and in the ninth house using whole sign houses. My natal Sun is at 24 24 Capricorn cazimi Jupiter at 24 38 Capricorn and I have had transiting Pluto affecting it for some time now. I am a 12 23 Pisces Rising with Mars at 15 31 and Venus at 11 16 Pisces conjunct and all 3 square Uranus at 16 41 Sagittarius. As a native of this aspect I find this to be a relevant and from my perspective very apt description of this aspect. Thank you for the insight and understanding you show in this article.
