What to Expect
Before
Complete a short intake with your focus, main question, birth data, and any add-ons (Synastry, Electional, Relocation PDF).
During
We start with your goal. I translate the chart and timing into plain language and give you decisions and dates. Ask questions as we go.
After
Receive your recording and any agreed PDFs within 48 hours. Members can ask clarifying questions in the Sanctuary thread.

Scheduling, Reschedules & Cancellations
Payment
Paid in full at booking. Members see expanded availability.
Reschedules
One free reschedule with ≥ 24-hour notice. Additional reschedules: $6 rebooking fee.
Late & Missed
Late cancellations (< 24h) are non-refundable. 15-minute grace period; after that it’s marked missed.
Missed: auto-reschedule with a 10% rebooking fee, or forfeit the session.
Emergencies
Contact us promptly; reviewed case-by-case. Use the booking cancellation form for time-stamped requests.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Consultations (120/60 min): Non-refundable after delivery. Refunds only if not delivered on time, or if a significant error occurred (e.g., incorrect birth data used despite correct form).
- Clarifications: Request a review within 7 days if something felt off.
Membership: The Seraphic Sanctuary
- Refund window: 24 hours from payment; after that, all sales final (instant access).
- Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access remains through the paid period.
- Members-only content is for personal use; no copying, redistribution, resale, or AI training.
Confidentiality & Recordings
- Your information stays private. Charts, recordings, and outcomes aren’t shared without written permission.
- Recordings are for personal use only; please don’t repost, resell, or use them to train AI systems.
Credits & Collaborations
- If you reference my work publicly, credit Seraphic Siren.
- Creators, coaches, and media need written permission to use frameworks, slides, or recordings.
- I’m open to aligned interviews and guest classes—within a written agreement covering credits, deliverables, scheduling, and consent.
